The company is lead by passionate engineers and strong enterpreneurs with great commitment to the advancement of technology in mining. Ownership of the company promotes both black entrepreneurship and women involvement in business. The directors of the company are:

Jack Segoale
Mining EngineerJack holds a Mining Engineering Degree from Wits University, graduating with Distinction. He is certified in strata control, production supervision, and holds a business management qualification from UNISA. With expertise in production mining and strata control, particularly in narrow reef mining and mechanized bord and pillar mining, Jack also possesses Mine Overseer and Rock Mechanics certificates. In the business realm, he excels in operational systems development, data analysis, recruitment, and graphic design..

Lucky Ramunongo
Mining EngineerLucky holds a BSc Mining Degree from Wits University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from UNISA, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration with Wits. With a rich background in mining production from prestigious companies such as De Beers, Anglo Platinum, and Royal Bafokeng Platinum, he currently holds the position of CEO at Seedi Mining. Lucky possesses extensive experience in logistics and mineral transportation. In 2017, Lucky was honored with the Anglo-American CEOs award for conducting the best research as part of the Anglo-American Tripartite Committee. His extensive expertise in business management encompasses finance, HR, and Information Systems

Azwihangwisi Davhana
Metallurgical EngineerAzwi holds a BSc in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Sciences from the University of Witwatersrand. She gained valuable experience at Sasol Secunda Operation, focusing on metallurgy tasks such as corrosion prevention through chemical dosing, conducting corrosion tests, experimental setups, and reporting. Azwi has also worked at FLSmidth (Pty) Ltd. and L&T Edu-Solutions.

Thabo Makhadimele
Mining EngineerThabo holds a Mining Engineering Degree from Wits University and was a bursar of De Beers. He gained work experience at Anglo Platinum Rustenburg operations and Amandelbult. Thabo served as a manager for mining Social and Labour Plans (SLPs) projects within the Anglo American South Africa Education Programmes. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
