Founded by three mining engineers and one metallurgist, all graduates from Wits University with extensive experience in mining production, design, and planning, the team consists of successful entrepreneurs. Additionally, they offer services related to mining Social and Labour Plans (SLPs) to operations like Glencore, Anglo-American, Hotazel Manganese Mine, and Modikwa JV ARM.
